THT - MOVING AHEAD IN MAY!

Progress continues here at Tchefuncte Harbour Townhomes. Many large construction projects are completed or will be wrapping up shortly. The West Building drainage project is now complete. Work on the East bulkhead, drive and parking is nearly complete and cones should be removed in the upcoming days. Our community is receiving some much needed TLC and your patience is greatly appreciated.

NEW BUSINESS 

New Property Management Company  - Renaissance Property Management has been hired as the new property management company for Tchefuncte Harbour Townhomes. In the next week or two, residents will receive and introduction letter from Renaissance explaining their capacity and responsibilities to our community. We look forward to their experience, knowledge and expertise to assist in continuing to move our community forward. 

ACH Direct Debits  - THT is moving from Chase Bank to Capital One Bank. As of May 7, 2019, all ACH Direct Deposits for THT residents have been cancelled. As we transition to Capital One and Renaissance, the June monthly $400 dues and $500 Monthly Assessment for Maintenance and Repairs will have to be paid by check and either mailed to the office or placed in the office drop box. This should only need to occur for June. Checks can be mailed to Tchefuncte Harbour Townhomes - Office 127 Highway 22, Madisonville, LA 70447.

Bone Yard   - We will be emptying the bone yard soon in order to clean-up, add gravel, update parking and remove derelict and abandoned trailers and boats. 30 days will be allowed to have all personal items removed. Any remaining items will be disposed of at owner's expense. This area will need to be free of any obstruction for 45 to 60 days. All rent during this time will be refunded. Upon completion, a new fee structure will be developed based on the space used and frequency to access needed. Current occupants will receive updated pricing and be accommodated first.

Boat Insurance   - Please remember that all boats parked in Tchefuncte Harbour Townhomes must have current proof of insurance on file in the office. If you have not provided THT with proof of insurance please do so as soon as possible.

Don’t believe the label!   - We have had some issues recently with items such as “flushable wipes” clogging our sewer pumps. Regardless of what the label says, please do not flush anything other than toilet tissue down the toilet. Major blockages can occur that end up costing our community.

Sound Deadening East Side - Sound deadening matting has been installed around the sewer blowers and DB readings are found to be within the acceptable limits of St. Tammany Parish.
